Problem

Added videos cannot be played. How to fix it?
 

Cause

It is possible that the decoding method of video is not supported. You can try to switch it.
 

Solution

  • Select the video that cannnot be played. Press Menu button on a remote control and select Decode.

  • If the default option is Soft decoding, you can switch to Hard decoding and vice versa.

  • Now you can watch the video.
